ABOUT HALO:

In addition to her theatrical work, Halo has shared the stage with celebrated artists such as Frankie Beverly and Maze, Chrisette Michele, and Kelly Price. As a recording artist. Halo released her debut CD This is Who I Am in August 2014. Her latest single “Solid” highlights her signature blend of smooth R&B, eclectic music influences, and lush vocal harmonies. While at Howard University, Halo was honored as Miss College Hall South (2017-2018), where she championed her platform HARMONY (Halo’s Acoustical Rhythms for Original and Novel Youth). Through this initiative, she raised over $1,000 to promote awareness of music therapy and its transformative impact on youth with disabilities. She also spent her time performing alongside the premiere vocal jazz group Afro Blue (as seen on the hit TV show The Sing Off). Continuing her love for jazz music, she started her own vocal jazz group with two dynamic women called The Soul Sistas, singing on Capitol Hill and at the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Halo lives by the words of Eric Thomas: “When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful.” She extends her heartfelt gratitude to her family and friends for their continued support.
